"It's day 50 and there is no end in sight."I felt a strong need to get this message out there and can only hope that my readers will spread the word. They are predicting that this disaster, the worst oil spill in U.S. History, could go on until fall! Our environment is suffering tremendously. CNN (and many others) are covering the spill and updating quite frequently. You can watch a live underwater video from BP of the gushing oil as well as view some hi res photos. But most importantly, they are informing us on how to get involved. Please visit the Gulf Coast Oil Disaster site and read about how you can make a difference. I know I cannot sit around and do nothing while our environment is being destroyed. Any little bit helps, people!
